1. What is the price of accommodation? 

The price depends on the season, the type of room you would like to stay in and the number of nights stayed: here is a link to the updated prices. 

 

2. What do you offer for this price? 

Besides the rooms, we will also offer: bed linen, towels, free kitchen, barbecue, gazebo, parking, and wireless LAN internet. 

 

3. How can I pay?

You can pay in cash or bank transfer. Important! High season: Christmas, New Year, Easter and asked for an advance guarantee of 30-50% of the total price of accommodation.

 

4. How long before should I reserve a room?

The sooner the better. For example for The New Year is recommended to call us at least three months before. Of course, you can try spontaneous, and you may have luck.

 

5. Do you have wireless Internet? 

Yes, if you have a laptop with wireless LAN adaptor, you can use free internet.

 

6. Do you have parking at the bed & breakfast?

Yes, parking is located just 50 meters away from the bed & breakfast. 

 

7. How can I find you? Where is the nearest train station, bus?

Nearest train station is the one in Vatra Dornei-Bai. Nearest bus stop is "Ortoaia" or "Trei Zavoare” (unofficial station, ask the coach driver). For more information click here.

8. There are non-smoking rooms? 

 Yes, all rooms are for non-smoking rooms.

 

9. What time should I release the room?

 To be able to do the cleaning for next guests, the rooms should be released  by 10 am but you can use the bath on the groundfloor and have access to other utilities of the guesthouse.

 

10. Can check-in at any time / what time are the rooms available?

The rooms are generally available at 2PM, but if they are ready sooner you don’t have to. If you arrive early and your room is not ready you can leave your luggage with us and come back later. If you arrive later than 18 hours please inform us. 

 

11. Can I bring my dog?

Yes, for a small fee for cleaning, you can bring your dog with you (or other pets).
